Mountain Zebra National Park is located in the Eastern Cape near Cradock.(SABC)
South Africa boasts one of the best National Parks in the world. The Mountain Zebra National Park outside Cradock in the Eastern Cape has scooped yet another award this past weekend and walked away with the best performing park for the frontier region and in 2014. In the same category, it also won the national event – so it currently boasts that title of Top Park within SANParks.
Janine Lee from Morning Live visited the park to see what makes it so special. At the park, she was greeted by game-rangers who explained to her what the park is about. Some of the visitors come to view the wonder and beauty of the park. There is a special treat for visitors where they view art evidence left by San people over 300 years ago. The National Park is a park for all seasons.
