Staff at a pub are celebrating after winning an award for the tip-top condition of its cellar.
The Cradock Arms in Knighton, Leicester has scooped the Publican’s Morning Advertiser’s Great British Pub Award for best kept cellar and bar in the Midlands and Wales region.
The pub was judged by independent auditors Innserve and inspected on its beer dispense lines, dates on barrels and temperature checks.
The pub will now compete against seven other finalists for the title of the UK’s best kept cellar.
The Everards pub is run by Jonathan and Leah Wainwright, who took over eight months ago.
