A pub has won a national award for having the best cellar.
The Cradock Arms, in Knighton Road, Leicester, was named winner in the category of the Great British Pub Awards.
The Cradock Arms had already been chosen as the best cellar in East and West Midlands and Wales region and beat other regional winners to the national title.
The pub is run by Jonathan and Leah Wainwright.
Rob Willock, editor of the Publican’s Morning Advertiser, which organised the awards, said: “Good-quality beer has been at the heart of the revival of The Cradock Arms.
“The judges were impressed with the couple’s dedication to getting cellar management right.”
